Gabriel is currently the founding principal of Cadre Capital Partners, where he offers wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals, sophisticated investors, and charitable foundations. He also serves on the board of Merkle Tree Capital. Gabriel's extensive background includes co-founding Instreet, Australia’s top-performing retail structured product provider, and playing a key role in founding RAIZ, a micro-investing platform.

Gabriel started his career as an Officer in the Australian Defence Force, serving internationally and quickly rising through the ranks. Transitioning to financial services in 2001, he became the top national graduate in Investment Fundamentals for his Diploma of Financial Planning. He initially worked in funds management, earning 'Business Development Manager of the Year' in 2003, and established Macquarie Funds Group's Melbourne office. Gabriel holds a Master of Business, an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), and a Diploma of Leadership and Management.
