Kate is the Managing Director of Avant Group, a leading national business strategy and government grants professional advisory firm. Currently, she sits on several Boards, including the Fight Cancer Foundation and the Export Consultants Association.

With diverse sector experience, Kate previously managed the corporate memberships division at the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and digital marketing management at SEEK. She also worked in the Aerospace sector before founding Avant Group in 2012.

Kate holds formal engineering qualifications, a Bachelor of Business Management, a Post Grad. Diploma of Management, a Master of Marketing from Melbourne Business School, and a Post Grad. Applied Tax Law.
